Deutsch: An der Uni Speyer wird das Semester traditionell mit einem Abschlussball beendet. Zu diesem Ereignis sind neben den Hörerinnen und Hörern sowie Mitarbeitern der Uni Speyer auch Ehemalige/Alumni sowie Freunde und Förderer der Universität eingeladen.
English: Traditionally every semester ends with a colossal ball. Not only students but other members of the university, alumni as well as friends and supporters of the university are invited. This department organises everything: food, band, DJ, decoration and so on. They might step up to you and ask for help – give them a hand!

Wann und wo findet der diesjährige Hörerball statt?
Der Ball wird am Freitag, den 26.01.2024, in der Aula der DUV ab 18:30 Uhr stattfinden.
Unter welchem Motto findet der Ball statt?
Winterzauber - der Winterball lädt dich zu einer Nacht voller Glanz, Eleganz und frostiger Freude ein!
Was gibt es für ein Programm?
Wir verwandeln die Aula in ein Speyrer Winter-Paradies. Mach dich bereit für eine rauschende Ballnacht, bei der die Schneeflocken bei funkelnden Lichtern im Takt der Musik tanzen.
Dazu gibts:
• Eine Band mit dem richtigen Sound zum Tanzen
• Zwei DJs um in unsere letzte gemeinsame Nacht in Speyer zu feiern
• Drei-Gänge-Buffet (Hauptspeise einmal Hähnchen, einmal vegetarisch, einmal vegan)
• Eine große Auswahl an Drinks (Bier, Wein, Secco und Cocktails) im Verkauf
Gibt es einen Dresscode?
Zieh dein glamourösestes Outfit an, das den frostigen Hauch der Jahreszeit einfängt. Von schicken Ballkleidern bis zu eleganten Anzügen – deine Kreativität soll keine Grenzen kennen. Lass den Winter mit einem winterlichen Accessoire (bspw. Brosche, Ohrringe, Krawatte, Fliege etc.) erstrahlen!
Wo und wie kann ich Karten für den Ball erwerben?
1️⃣ Bestell dir auf dieser Seite dein Ticket.
2️⃣ Wähle die Ticketzahl. Es gilt das first come, first serve-Prinzip. Deshalb ist bis zum 17. Januar nur die Bestellung für Hörerinnen und Hörer +1 möglich, danach schalten wir die Bestellung für weitere Karten frei.
3️⃣ Nach der Bestellung überweist du den Ticketpreis oder sendest ihn via PayPal.
4️⃣ Nach Zahlungseingang schalten wir dein Ticket frei.
5️⃣ Bring das Ticket mit lesbarem QR-Code als Ausdruck oder digital auf deinem Handy sowie einen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis mit und zeige ihn am Eingang vor.
Sind Alumni willkommen?
Sehr gerne, wir freuen uns, die Alumni und ihre Begleitung wieder an der DUV Speyer begrüßen zu dürfen.
Zum Erwerb einer Karte einfach den Eintrittspreis in der offenen Verkaufsrunde überweisen.

The ball will take place on Friday, 26.01.2024, on the premises of DUV from 18:30.

Winterzauber - the Winterball invites you to a night full of glamour, elegance and wintry joy!
What is the programme?
We turn the Aula into a winter paradise. Ready yourself for a heady ball night where the snowflakes dance in time with the music.
We offer:
• One band, providing the right sound to dance
• Two DJs
• Three-course menu (main dish chicken, vegetarian or vegan)
• A wide range of drinks (beer, wine, sparkling wine and cocktails) to buy
Is there a dress code?
Put on your most glamorous outfit that captures the frosty breath of the season. From chic ball gowns to stylish suits – let your creativity know no bounds. Illuminate the winter with a wintry accessory (e.g., brooch, earrings, tie, bowtie, etc.)!
Where and how can I buy tickets for the ball?
1️⃣ Order your ticket on this page.
2️⃣ Choose the number of tickets. The first come, first serve principle applies. Therefore, until January 17, only orders for listeners and +1 are allowed; after that, we will open orders for additional tickets.
3️⃣ After placing the order, transfer the ticket price or send it via PayPal.
4️⃣ Upon receipt of payment, we will activate your ticket.
5️⃣ Bring the ticket with a readable QR code either as a printout or digitally on your phone, along with an official photo ID, and present it at the entrance.
Are alumni welcome?
Very much so, we look forward to welcoming alumni and their companions back to DUV Speyer.
To purchase a ticket, simply transfer the admission price at the open sales round.
