Referat für Internationales/International Department

Deutsch: Das Referat für Internationales sorgt sich um die besonderen Belange der ausländischen Hörerinnen und Hörer. Die Beratung und Betreuung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicebereich für internationale Beziehungen der DUV gehört genauso zum Aufgabengebiet des Integrationsreferats wie die Organisation interkultureller Veranstaltungen. Die wichtigste Veranstaltung dieser Art ist die Multikulti-Fete. Es können jedoch auch gemeinsame Ausflüge, ein Stammtisch oder Motto-Abende organisiert werden.

Das Referat für Internationales betreut den „Nothilfefond“ der Hörerschaftsvertretung für ausländische Hörerinnen und Hörer in finanziellen Notsituationen. Die Integrationsreferentin bzw. der Integrationsreferent sollte ein besonders kommunikativer Mensch sein und die ausländischen Hörerinnen und Hörer konstant ermuntern, an den allgemeinen Aktivitäten des Kultur- und des Sportreferats sowie der DUV teilzunehmen.

English: The International Department cares about the special concerns of foreign students. The consultation and support in cooperation with the service department for international relations of the DUV belongs just as much to the area of responsibility of the integration department as the organization of intercultural events. The most important event of this kind is the multi-cultural party. However, joint excursions, a regulars' table or themed evenings can also be organized.

The International Department looks after the "Emergency Fund" for foreign listeners in financial emergencies. The International Officer should be a particularly communicative person and constantly encourage foreign listeners to participate in the general activities of the Cultural and Sports Departments as well as the DUV.
